- Ensure timely delivery of IMC COVID 19 project components according to proposed activities and available funds.
- Set standards for community outreach RCCE interventions in accordance with global /national standards best practices and assure quality programming related to implementation of community outreach interventions.
- Develop community outreach activities monitoring tools, avail standard operating procedures and guidelines for Implementing partners community outreach teams to ensure quality services delivery.
- Ensure that community outreach workers through responsible implementing partners/CBOs contribute to IMC’s program objectives.
- Provide support to ensure that all supported community outreach workers are equipped and maintained according to IMC requirements, services packages and best practices and in line with WHO /MOH minimum standards.
- Conduct regular site visits for monitoring and supervision to ensure quality of services, accurate data collection and verification, supplies and equipment.
- Organize community and stakeholders meeting to understand communities view, opinion and concerns on IMC COVID 19 RCCE activities / interventions.
